How can I fix a broken cigarette lighter in a Vauxhall Vectra?

I need to use the cigarette lighter for the sat nav system for a trip to France on 27 Dec and discovered that it does not work - help please

Ignition on to work lighter...

Most probably - Fuse (easy fix - finding which a bit challenging)
Second probably - Relay (as above)
Least probably - Lighter itself (fiddly and time consuming)

Check Blue 15A fuses first
