i have some problem with my washing machine.

since the eletric power gone, the wasing machine had stopped. and then the program selector knob keeps turning... what is problem and how i can repair it by myself? do i have to call engineer?
the model is indesit wd12.

It sounds like its trying to reset is there a reset cycle and is the machine still full of water you may need to drain it
