Without warning, the computer just turns itself off and cannot be turned on again for approx 5 mins. We can be surfing the internet, typing a word document, in an excel spreadsheet it has no preference. Have tried running the Norton scan, which comes with my browser BY Yahoo! and says I have a problem, but it turns off whilst scanning.....help!

I had this problem and i had to take the back off computer and vac it all out. It was overheating with all the dust. Hope this solves ur problem. Pen
