hi can you help i can here the people talking to me but there is no volume on the reciving end of my calls i dont even know if there is a mic in the phone as it was sent in to the shop to have the main pcb replaced and then it stoped working

Tiny mic on this phone, you need a T6 (Torque 6) screwdriver to find out.

Remove 4 screws from the back of the phone (behind the rear battery cover) then unclip the phones ribbon, once you do that you can have a look at the bottom to see if the mic is there, you will know it when you see it.

If it's faulty buy one on ebay, it's a 3 minute job to fit it including taking it apart & putting it back together. Go on ebay first so you can see what it looks like :o)
