Canon Pixma MP130 Jammed Catridge?

My Canon Pixma MP 130 has a jammed cartridge & the paper will not feed through the rollers, there is paper in the machine but it keeps asking me to load some ....Help Please.....

i went into printer properties & cleaned everything but it still is not printing the colour prop?? what should be brown comes out greeen!!
