My diplomat 4610 double oven has a problem where the main oven switches off the display, the oven light (not sure bout the heating elemnts) when it hits the right temp - bout ten mins later it comes to life again - i reset the clock - it heats up and bang it goes again....any ideas??

is there a cooling fan built in to the oven? (not the one in the back of the oven).these can fail causing the fault you describe
