The fridge compartment keeps warming up without the door having been opened, and then cools down again. There is no apparent pattern to it.
The freezer compartment does the same, sometimes going up to -5, staying there a whole day, and then going back down to -18 within two hours. Neither of these faults are related to the kitchen temperature. Some ice has been accumulating in the bottom of the freezer compartment.
The draining parts are clear and the ventilation seems fine. Odd, erratic behaviour.

Dave, look elsewhere. This site is useless. I found out that our freezer had frozen up the drainhole that allows "frost-free" operation. If you defrost the freezer, which will take a very long time, and ensure that the drainhole is clear -- when it is water will come out of the black rubber eye-dropper on the rear of the fridge. After that our freezer section started working normally. Top half is still wayward on temperatures. Good luck, but I shan't be coming here again.
