how to fix my 1.25 zetec ford fiesta x reg?

have constant hot air inside the car even when i adjust the vent control and i was wondering what could be the problem

the problem is the heater control valve located in the bulkhead under the bonnet.these commonly stick as they are electronically operated,about 25 quid from ford and 4 spring clips to change!!
