I want to disable safe mode as my kids are using this method to go onto the internet

I got here from a google search and ended up to this thread -- which didn't really solve my problem, but I felt like posting a possible solution to see if anybody has used this application or knows anything about it:

Or any other Legal alternatives (hopefully that don't involve hacking/gluing/breaking/altering the OS too much), are more than welcome.

i got a game called the ship and it wont allow me to install it because it says safe mode is on. how do i disable safe mode? and one i install the game could i put safe mode back on?

disabling safe mode can cause problems. its used in emergencies
for example if your computer fails to boot up.
If all you want to do is stop the kids going online then simply disconnect them from the modem/router.
