HOW CAN I FIX THE HEATER ON MY CITROEN BERLINGO ?

I HAVE RECENTLY ACQUIRED A 1999 CITROEN BERLINGO AND THE CABIN HEATER DOESNT WORK TO BE MORE SPECIFIC THE ACTUAL HEATER SWITCH IS STUCK IN AN OFF POSITION AND WONT TURN, DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

You can get these for less than £20 unless you want one that has aircon then that can be £100+
