i'm finding it had to remove drum/spider/shaft from bearings hotpoint wm44?

i'm finding it had to remove drum/spider/shaft from bearings hotpoint wm44.
ive belted with hide hammer. steal hammer. the flat of a cold chistle and no movement. the inner collar of bearing on outerside next to pulley wheel is rotating so it must be inner bearing thats stuck - should i use heat or what???????

Build 2 pillars of loose breeze blocks either side of backplate to raise it off ground, lay some old cloth or carpet on the top of blocks so as the backplate isnt damaged. Refit the pulley nut so its sitting slightly proud of the shaft -so thread isnt damaged then hammer the sh*t out of it till it moves.
