i had to replace the wiper blade arm that goes to the motor, now the blade don't sit flat on the glass and when i turn them off they go down than up a little. did i put the arm on upside down?

if you mean wiper arm ,there may be a pin in it that needs to be removed after fitting? if so if you pull up wiper arm and look where it "hinges" there might be a pin or similar that you can pull out with your fingers, [ note: not all new arms have a pin in though]! this will allow blade to touch windscreen.

first of all did you replace with the right length wiper blades. try using the old wiper clips as they are the right fit. maybe the problem is that you haven't installed them properly. they can be a bit fiddly!
