I cannot get any hot water VOKERA LINEA 24?

My LINEA 24 will come on to only half flame when a hot water tap is turned on. Could this be a diaphragm problem.

If your boiler is in "hot water only" mode - ie;- heating is off then fault lies with setting of gas valve or possibly, but unlikely - PCB
