i have a worcester bosch 28i and i am having problems with pressure?

I am having problems with pressure, I am having to fill the system every day, this is because the system pressure is going over 2.5 bar when the boiler is on for the central heating, once it starts to heat up the pressure starts to increase the relief valve is set to relieve at 3 bar, which it is doing i have replaced this valve thinking it was faulty, and i have also replaced the auto bleed valve, but the problem is still there, i have been intouch with the manufacturer which have said that the pressure vessel should be charged to 0-5 bar, which i have done so, please help any advice would be much appreciated.

If you having to fill the system evry day with water can only mean one thing... that you are lossing water on the system. It can either be a leak on the system itself... rad valve, lose fitting, ect so check all expose pipe work and look for dampness Or the PRV is blowing as the pressure is to high (3bar +). You shoulds only fill the system to over just 1 bar or to take black mark.

When the boiler is fired up the pressure will rise, as the water is expanding inside the system.... the 28i is a good boiler only problem i ever had with one is the client not paying me after installation... but that got sorted very qickly!

hope i been some help
