How do I get the "SRS" red light to go out on my W Reg Rover 25?

Yesterday, I felt that the Dim lights on my car were not working very well. Therefore I investigated and discovered that I had replaced the lightbulbs incorrectly. I corrected this and tested them last night.

This morning going to work my wife noticed the "SRS" light on the Dashboard. Is this dangerous? How do I get this red light to go out?

We had this problem on our Rover 45, we took it to the garage to make sure the airbags werent going to explode in our faces or anything, but it turns out its just a warning light to let you know that the airbags may need replacing, we drive around with ours on, no problem, we were told its something to do with pushing the car seat back too fast which can sometimes mess the wiring up ;s
