oil pressure through dip stick?

when i remove the oil dip stick when the car is running oil blows out from dip stick hole on my bmw 530d.can anyone help please

dont remove dipstick with engine running,why do you want to do that anyway

I had a 3000 v6 capri doing the same when removed dipstick oil blowing out and a hissing noise.the cause was a blown inlet manifold gasket fitted new gasket
the problem was solved..
