White Knight Tumble dryer does not start unless the drum is given a spin??

White Knight Tumble Dryer does not start up when door is closed and the timer is set, have to open door and spin drum, it then starts up @ok@ and finishes the cycle

motor start capacitor faulty.this capacitor is found near the drive motor and has wires attached to it that connect direct to motor.replace it and it should work ok
