Rover 216 wont start seems immobiliser is jammed?
I can open my car with the fob and turn the immobiliser on or off but when i go to start the car all the red lights are on and its dead.It appears its like it owuld be if somebody was going to steal it.I cant undertstand it as the fob works and i can turn the immobiliser on/off but its as if its jammed up.
Any help please?
