when i turn off and on gas valve, the combi is not firing central heating system water is coming out hot but not central heating and it is always on stand by position i
call out a qualified engineer you are not allowed to touch any gas appliance unless you have been trained and hold the current qualifications............your question is not clear you say it does not fire yet it comes out hot????????
