What causes brakes tolock on?
I have a Corsa Merit 1998 when the car is not used regularly or is left outside in the rain the brakes will not release and I have an awful job getting the car to move you have to really use high revs and try forward and reverse gears, am worried that this will cause some permanent damage. Could it need new brake pads?
