heat in my oven?

my diplomat adp5330 ovens temp does not get any hotter tha 160oc no matter how long i have in on for, ive had the thermostat changed, can anyone please advise, thanks

I have exactly the same problem. My oven, (even if left on for four hours or more at 220 degrees) can only manage 160 degrees C.

Help how do we mend it? Diplomat ADP5330 -same model. Approx 3 and a half years old.
