how can i fix my beko dishwasher?

my beko dishwasher is working normally apart from it is not heating the water the model no is de3431fw what can i do.

our dishwasher has broken, when we press start the lights go green for a minute then when the water doesn't start flowing it stops. We have turned it off and on several times and fildled with the pipes but for some reason the water isn't getting through? Any help?

think there is a resettable stat in some of these model.could also be faulty stat or heater
