Neff B1451 Oven Door Sealing?

Hi
When closing the oven door on my Neff B1451 oven , the door does not fully tighten against the top of the oven body and I can feel the heat escaping although this has not affected the cooking results.
There is ca 0.5cm 'slack' ie the door can be manually pushed another ca 0.5cm against the top of oven body. The door and seal look undamaged and not worn.
Is there any way of adjusting the door hinges or door itself ,so that it pulls tighter against the seal at top?

mine too. this is the second oven and agian the door doesn't shut completely. this is obviously a design fault !!!

I had same problem, replaced hinges but no joy.
Turns out it's the hinge reciever which sits within the oven frame. Still trying to get access to it so if any one knows? regards, Dac

I don't know the answer but wondered whether Doug might have got the definitive answer on this - we have the same oven with the same problem. We wondered whether replacing the hinges, which we have dismantled, cleaned, oiled etc, with no improvement, might be the answer. stevie.morris@gmail.com
