both low beam headlamps out?

my vauxhall combo low beam is not working on both sides i have cheched fuses and relays also bulbs apart from wireing does anyone know anything else i can try.

I had a similar problem with a Corsa - turned out that both bulbs had blown even though they looked OK! I was also fooled because the corsa has separate bulbs for dipped and main - make sure you are looking at the dipped bulbs not main!!
