we have a bosch hydrosensor dishwasher and the waste pipe got blocked at the drains. it stopped at 42 minutes left and will not start again. we have reset and tried a quick wash and an eco washer, the time comes up as normal (30 or 93 minutes) but nothing happens. Is there something we need to do

dishwasher SGV4313GB/7 is blocked not with food residue but excess water remains in the base of the machine. The end of the outlet pipe is clear

This may be too simple - but have you tried unplugging it for three minutes and then trying again? That will allow any fault stored in a volatile memory to be cleared. Worth a try perhaps.
