Potterton boiler not firing up?

Hi, My ageing Potterton Netaheat 10-16 is not firing up. The pilot light is igniting and working ok and the fan is running but it would seem that gas is not getting to the main burner. Can anyone advise if this is likely to be something relatively simple such as a solanoid malfunction? Or any other ideas. Many thank for your responses.

Thanks for your suggestions guys, I was checking them out and noticed that with the pilot light working the spark ignitor was also still sparking; the pilot flame deflector is aiming the flame at the thermocouple which means it should be getting hot enought to opperate. This leads me to thinking that it may be the thermocouple that is faulty. Do you think this may be the cause and if so do you know if a replacement thermocouple will be still obtainable?
Many thanks

Oops missed the part where you said pilot lites
probably the gas valve

Yeah its the air pressure switch tube blocked you see a metal insert which joins the two tubes together, normally blocks in there

Some of the older netaheats had mercury vapour valves fitted but once again im afraid they are obsolete so not looking good im afraid

This boiler was last made 25 years ago. The part number for the gas valve is 907219 and as "a" says it's obsolete.

I hope for your sake it's not the Gas Valve and just something to do with the quality of the Pilot or its sensor.

Good luck...

Need a multimeter to prove would check if main gas valve solenoid is open circuit and 240v going to it
if us then replacement needed but now obsolete
