MY FRIDGEFREEZER STOPPED WORKING WITH THE LETTER H FLASHING ON THE FRIDGE SIDE OF THERMOSTAT,THE FREEZER READS -18. I HAVE TRIED TURNING OFF AND ON,BUT NOTHING.THE FRIDGE SOUNDS AS IF IT WANTS TO START FOR A FEW SECONDS,THEN STOPS,THEN H FLASHES AGAIN.PLEASE HELP

it is a case of broken stat. if you dont want to call out an engineer take the cover off inside the freezer at the back and then unscrew the 2 white screws holding the element in place. get a hairdryer and get rid of the ice
