99 Transit 2.0 petrol R/F parking light not working?

Hi, any ideas? 99 ford Transit...Right front parking lamp not working...have the replaced the halogen, without touching actual globe...still does not work..connections look fine, no broken wires visible directly at socket, no corrosion evident....diagram availbale for free anywhere?
