My Accenta 8 Alarm System is inoperable after power-cut. I have tried the re-set system to no avail and strobe light at front of building continues to flash. Could you please advise as to how to re-programme this system, if that's what's required?
press reset "TWICE" to restore normal alarm fnction.

sounds like the panel has spiked ,switch off the power to your panel open up your panel and remove the battery ,switch the power back on and type in your code ,fit a new battery and put the lid on the panel ,hope this helps
