Had my Rowenta model #SM6250 about 2 years and now it seems like there is a loose wire where it connects to iron we have taken the screws out but still can not gain access to the insides I need to know where I can take this in for repair I live in Fairfield California e-mail address is abaileyslackie@aol.com
