How can I fix my Jinlun drive belt?

My drive belt snapped and I have a new one but having difficulty in putting it on has anyone got any tips.

You can usually twist or push the rear
clutch apart carefully so the belt drops down
into it giving you more belt slack
to get the belt over the front clutch.
