difficult to start cold idels for 10 to 15 minutes stops wont start again for 15 to 20 minutes

Possibly camshaft sensor, really needs to go on diagnostics to have a live check on all the sensor's.

Sorry mate forgot to add mines a tdci engine if yours is a tddi it wont have the camshaft sensor i think

Hi calum just a guess as i a own a connect. A friend of mine who is a mechanic like myself told me when i bought mine(which has only 15000 miles so hope it doesnt give any trouble just yet) that the only thing he found gives trouble on the connect is the camshaft sensor on top of the rocker cover, i think he told me they were under £20 its an easy diy job and worth a try if you cant find any other cause or maybe somebody else on the forums came across it and can advise you. Anyway its on top of the rocker with a plug attached to it
