how to replace headlamp bulb with ease?

change headlamp bulb on vauxhall vectra year 2ooo

The drivers side is easier to do as there is less clutter behind the light so easier access. Remove the rubber cap on the back of the light and then squeeze the metal clip to reliase the bulb (sure they are H4 bulbs). Ensure that you put the replacement bulb in the same way as the old one and that the bulb is pushed up as far as it will go into the casing.

The passenger side looks harder but the fuse box between the light and battery simply lifts out and therfore gives you access required. Same process as the other side to replace bulb.

Its a fiddly job but shouldnt take that long to do. In addition its worth parking the car facing wall (about 2 metres away) and then you can ensure that the lights are level and that they both have the matching pattern where they are on.
