How can ifix my car rover 25?

Won't turn over totally dead when i turn key battery ok,also heater's/central locking/elec window's/alarm not working.

It wont crank when i turn key its been stud for a year try jump leads nothing all dash bord lites up but just nothen when key is turned fully just a clicking sound but took alternator off it spins free so just lost thank you
