Vauxhall Astra no interior light or radio?

Astra LS diesel 1996, no interior light, or radio. All fuses appear to be intact, could it be a relay or something

it will be a fuse somewhere,sometimes the fuses look ok but their not.find out which one is for the radio,chances are its the same fuse thats for the light & change it
