Homelite chain spins while idleing?

What is wrong when the saw runs but stalls out when you let off the trigger. If it does run on idle the chain spins. Tried adjusting the H&L and idle to no avail. Help!

It needs a clutch, or there is alot of debris caught around the clutch drum.
