when say it wont take the soften what does your washing machine point blank. check first the drawer is fis in properly,is there a obstuction,if you remove the drawer and wash under the tap,that should cure the problem,how do you remove the drawer!,i hear you ask open drawer put finger inside upwards and pull drawer out(there is a button to push)
