Help, I have Cold but very little hot water in my shower?

In my shower I have almost no flow of hot water but the cold is fine. All other sinks and tub in the bath work fine. any help is appreciated. Can I fix this without cutting into the drywall?

Fixed it but it took some pulling! the hot line was almost 100% cloged up. I did have a hard time getting the cartrige out of the unit I had to rig a puller to inch it out.
