How do the timing marks align on a Briggs & Stratton engine (135202-0258-01)? Is the alignment taken from Top Dead Center? Do marks align at some other point?

timing marks on cam and crank should align with each other ......turn engine over a couple of times and make sure the alignment stays in place and you will be good to go
