need help with bobbin assembly on Singer Stylist 457?
At first needle kept hitting something and wouldn't go down all the way. So I took out bobbin holder and don't know what the correct positioning should be, so it will pick up bobbin thread and I can sew!!!???

It sounds like the machine is out of time if it is hitting the raceway, if you email me below I will attach timing instructions. the bobbin case itself can only go in one way.
