I have a Potterton Neataheat 10-16 Boiler no hot water, central heating works fine but seems only hot water gets as far as the control valve. I then opened the valve manually to let water through to the tank but it only seems to get as far as the tank itself but does not flow in to the tank and warm up the water in the tank. Any suggestions
