Hi

my blower/heater has packed up and will not work at all now, for a while it would work on only maximum. I think maybe it is the resistor gone as i have read that this is a common problem. Can anyone tell me how to get at this to change it? I have removed the glovebox as i read that it would be situated behind here above the motor. I have also been told that i need to drop the blower motor to locate it. Have got so frustrated that i have just phoned a garage and they are quoting £40 an hour just to locate problem without any parts.

can anyone help please as wife suffers terribly from the cold!!!!!!
