Bosch WFF2000 error code 7?

Can anyone tell me what the likely failure is when the pre-wash light flashes 7 (seven) times at the end of a cycle.

Thanks

Had confirmation from Bosch that this is a fault with the NTC sensor.

Actual meaning is that the water in the drum has not heated up in the time allowed - could be NTC sensor, cable, connectors, or even a fault with the main board.

In my case, the connector had some corrosion (the NTC seal leaked last year) - cleaning up the connectors seems to have cured it.

faulty temperature sensor (NTC) or a fault with the wiring connecting it.
