Hi, at my work place we have a triton hot water unit (not sure about the model no.) but there is no hot water coming out? tried changing the fuse in the fuse box but nothing. would it be an electrical problem or a problem with something inside the unit?

We had the same problem not so long ago with our Triton unit. The brushes were burnt out.
If... AND ONLY "IF" you have experience dealing with electricity and electrical items then it's not a very big job. HOWEVER... if you are in anyway unsure then get a professional plumber or heating engineer/electrician to do it.
Electricity+Lack of Experience=OUCH or even BYE!
