Where can we purchase a metal part for Ativa Model # DX180D shredder? The part needed is one of the metal plates (which hold up the gears, etc) that are on each side of the shredder - the one needed is the one closest to the gears. It is approx. 8-10 inches long and 5-6 inches wide.
