best way, remove bottom hose of radiator carefully, dont pull on hose, prise off from end gently from one side and work round, if cracked or damaged replace, this applies to all hoses, flush radiator with clean water, locate thermostat, remove, and thoroughly flush block, remove heater hoses and flush heater matrix in one direction then the other ,when water runs clear from above 3 flushes fit new thermostat and seal, refit hoses, ,ascertain capacity of cooling system and mix antifreeze 50/50 with water, check level after system has pressurised, and top up as required good luck r dalton
