my 5th gear falls into neutral after 25 miles whats the problem, ?

I have a vw van, i just had oil seals replaced on the gearbox and then mot'd after about 25 miles of driving 5th gear slips out. what could be the problem? also some crunching between 1st n 2nd

Take it back to the people who did the oil seals, or if you don't trust them take it to someone who knows VW vans properly.
