how do i remove the clips on the bottom of the radiator on the outside of the car - cr-vt4 is too small and the vt5 is too big -

also the lower pipe clip unhooking how do i gain access to the pipe clip so i can take it off -

all other screws and clips have been removed these are the last one left and im stuck -


HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
