Potterton boiler on and radiators hot despite thermosat and timer off?

Our Potterton Suprima wall mounted fan assisted balanced flue gas boiler is remaining on and the radiators are extremely hot despite turning the thermostat down and switching the heating (and hot water) off at the timer. Can anyone help?

Thanks for prompt reply. The boiler is fitted in the kitchen and we are not sure if a frost stat is fitted as we don't know where to look and it's not clear from the paper work (we don't have a garage although it is a relatively new build). We have switched the boiler to off which has stopped it but doesn't really fix the problem and as soon as we switch it back on (thermostat and timer still off) the radiators are boiling hot in seconds.

There must be a frost stat fitted on the system somewhere. These are designed to bring the boiler on to avoid freezing up but unfortunately you cant get the boiler to go off unless you turn the main power supply off to the boiler.Check in the garage as many new houses seem to fit them there.
