A: there should be a Trouble Shooting guide inside the machine somewhere. Usually It's right behind the control panel, but if there isn't room they'll put it wherever. It will always be a folded up piece of paper not anywhere near where water will get to it with some wiring diagrams and fault code explanations on it.
